Goldolphin Cottage is normally available to rent for whole week holidays throughout the year, as well as for short breaks outside the high season dates.

To secure a new booking we ask for a £400 deposit and the balance is then due 35 days before you arrive. You will need to ensure you have holiday insurance for any cancellation within 35 days of the booked arrival date.

We will ask to hold a security deposit of £300 over the duration of your stay.

High Season (Whitsun week and the summer from the 29 June - 31st August):

Weekly rate: £2,600

New Year:  £1,600 - set rate from 28th December

Mid Season (from April 1st - first week in July plus the first three weeks of September & autumn half term):

Weekly rate: £1,900      2 night break £900

Low Season (30th Septmber - 20th December, 4th January - 2nd April, not including the October half term fortnight::

Weekly rate: £1,100     2 night break: £850

2025

High Season (Whitsun week and the summer from the 4th July - 4th September):

Weekly rate: £2,600

Mid Season (from April 1st - first week in July plus from 4th September - 4th October):

Weekly rate: £1,900      2 night weekend break £1,400

Low Season (5th October - 20th December, 4th January - 10th April, not including the October half term fortnight):

Weekly rate: £1,450     2 night weekend break: £1,100
