The location is amazing with great secluded beaches so accessible, and very near the boat landing which takes you to Salcombe. The house is so family friendly with den downstairs and television for the children, they loved the huge bean bags. There is absolutely everything you need for a great stay. The beds were so comfortable with lovely bedding and fluffy white towels. We would love to visit again. Thank you for the wine and milk which was greatly

Great for those that enjoy views and walks to the lovely beaches. The House has excellent facilities and is full of home to home comforts. The path is a bit steep for those that are not fit or disabled but a 1 min car ride can also be taken to Mill Bay National Trust car park. The beaches are clean and the ferry to salcombe is a treat for young and old. Cook Family, April 2017 

The house is great – just perfect for our weekend. It makes such a difference when you hire a cottage and there is plenty of crockery/cutlery and glassware... my mother in law has very little sight, and is quite frail,.. having everything she needed on one floor, with no thresholds, was ideal, and she really enjoyed her birthday weekend.  Stunning position with great views over the estuary. The house itself has been modernised to the highest standards, with beautiful clean lines and lots of white and oak. Highly recommend!
