Goldolphin Cottage is normally available to rent for whole week holidays throughout the year, as well as for short breaks outside the high season dates.

To secure a new booking we ask for a £400 deposit and the balance is then due 35 days before you arrive. You will need to ensure you have holiday insurance for any cancellation within 35 days of the booked arrival date.

We will ask to hold a security deposit of £300 over the duration of your stay.

High Season (Whitsun week and the summer from the 3rd July 2026 - 3rd September):

Weekly rate: £3,000. If you are interested in booking for Christmas or New Year please enquire direct.

Mid Season (from April 2nd - first week in July plus from 4th September - 4th October):

Weekly rate: £2,500      Weekend break £1,750

Low Season 5th October - 20th December, 4th January - 10th April, not including the October half term fortnight):

Weekly rate: £1,750     Weekend break: £1,225
